which is also a symbol of a mother. It appears in common Thai gardens
for its fragrance.

It has enjoyed an international reputation for its natural scent,
tender texture, and unique appearance. According to the appropriated
sunny climates and soil conditions, Thailand has had the best quality
of this aromatic rice which has been well-known all over the world.
It was first discovered in Cha-Cherng-Sao Province of Thailand in 1954.
The grains are similar to Long-Grain Rice but they are fragrant while
cooking and have a pure white color without artificial flavors and
additional colors. Therefore, the name “Thai Hom Mali Rice”
literally translates as its smelling like Jasmine flower.
In addition, Thai Jasmine Rice is very nutritional since it contains a

Fried rice is a very popular lunch dish. Most of noodles are made with rice
